Uncle Mel, I still can not believe you are gone. You were such a shining light in this world and we will be forever dimmer without you. You were such a kind and happy soul, the life of the party. I will forever cherish my childhood memories of you coming to visit in Florida. I will always miss you, but now you are with the rest of our family.

Uncle Mel, I can't believe you're gone. So many memories have floated around since I got the news. My favorite one is when we would go behind and run your head for luck. You would laugh. I miss that. I miss you. Gone, but never forgotten.

Mel. That is all you had to say in the Caddy Yard back in the 80's and early 90's at Vesper. Everyone knew who you were talking about. He had that trademark giggle. And you never needed to wonder what he was thinking....because he would tell you. Great guy. You will be missed.
