Dear Colorado Friends,

There really are no words to say...I had heard that Melissa was in ICU and then read the church archives and realized that she had died. A month older than Jennifer...I have many memories of our little girls playing together when they were young. May our heavenly Father surround you with His peace where there is no understanding. To the entire Meyer Family:

Isn't it ironic now that we were all able to gather at Calvin College in Grand Rapids this summer and spend some time together? Who knew the events that would unfold over the next few months and lead to this terrible loss in your family? I consider our get-together one of those God-planned moments, for which I am so grateful. I didn't know my cousin Melissa well, but am glad we had the opportunity to get reacquainted this summer, and to meet her husband. Our love and prayers go out to all of you.

The short time we lived in Denver your kids were so sweet to Lindsay ..all of them. I can remember a time too when we were in Wisconsin for some family function and Matt & Melissa were there and included Lindsay in watching a movie with them....even though they were much older. I always thought Lindsay was a little like Melissa in that she is such a free spirit and just loves life!!!

I pray Tom, Norma...and Rick that God helps heal your pain ....you have lost a beautiful soul but she is in Paradise with our Lord & Saviour.

God Bless.....Mitzi

Melissa, Some of my warmest childhood memories are with you. I regret a thousand-fold not making the time to keep up our friendship better. All my love. Blessed be, my friend. You are missed.
