Melissa was a very special friend with a great sense of humour. We shared many laughs back in the day. It was a wonderful pleasure to know her when I did.
Deepest sympathy to her family and friends.

I want to express my sadness at this news and I can only hope that in the short time Melissa had on this earth, she was happy. I truly hope that her last days were carefree and that she knows peace and love wherever she may be now.

I am so sorry to hear of Melissa's death. As kids we spent a lot of years together and had a whole lot of laughs. She was my daily companion for years and its hard to believe that she is gone. I am sure that I speak for everyone she knew in Windsor when I say that she was an individual in every way and that she was a true friend.
It seems worse to lose a childhood friend, there is something special lost.
I am lucky for the time I did get to spend with her... even though it wasn't long enough.
