It is so hard to believe our sweet Melissa has been gone one year today! Such a beautiful, gentle soul God has with Him. I pray you are finding peace and beginning to heal. She was such an amazing person with an incredible personality! She could ALWAYS make you laugh. I have only great and wonderful memories of you Melissa. We grew up together and I will forever remember us swimming for hours and hours in the summer. I was so jealous because you would always get the most beautiful bronzed tan, while I just turned red. Even though I was 2 years older than you, I was terrified to dive and you were determined to teach me and after night after night, I finally did it. Right when I came up from the water, I heard your laugh, your glorious contagious laugh. When I think of you Melissa I cannot get that laugh out of my head. It is one of those great laughs that spreads to everyone around. I have never known anyone to have had one bad thing to say about you Melissa, you truly have one of the kindest and sweetest souls I have ever known.
