Menno Martin Obituary
He was born in Selinsgrove on Sept. 23, 1936, a son of the late Enos S. and Katie Stauffer Martin.
Mr. Martin was a retired farmer.
He was a member of Believers Fellowship Mennonite Church, Grove City, Minn.
He is survived by his wife, Sadie Byler "Mattie" Martin; five sons, Robert M. (Rachel) Martin of Cottage Grove, Tenn., James E. (Dora) Martin of Robertson County, and David J. Martin, Paul D. Martin and Melvin S. Martin, all of Long Prairie, Minn.; two sisters, Anna S. (George) Martin and Maria Graybill, both of Selinsgrove; and 15 grandchildren.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Aaron Martin, and a sister, Alice Brubaker.
Services were conducted at 9:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 24, at Pleasant Hill Mennonite Church of Sunrise by Robert Burkholder, Melvin Byler and Melvin Beachy.
Burial was in Pleasant Hill Mennonite Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Pleasant Hill Mennonite Church of Sunrise, 486 Hill Lane, Cynthiana, KY 41031.
Arrangements were under the direction of Ware Funeral Home.
