My precious Prima, what a joy it was to sit with you and your lovely daughter at our primo Delio Carrera, Sr.'s 90th birthday party last November. It was an honor and blessing to meet you as we are Carrera cousins. I remember walking you to your daughter's car and helping you get in and settled. I was hoping that we would meet again, but am grateful that God allowed our paths to cross , even if it was just one time. God hold you in His arms and comfort your family and friends. Mercy, I will always remember those perfectly polished nails tapping on my drapery work tickets telling me all the reasons why you could not make what I had drawn....then magically, a few weeks later, you had done just that...created magic.
