On Tuesday, June 22, 2010; Beloved husband of the late Sylvia Rubenstein Melnick. Beloved father of Elaine (James) McNeill of Buford, GA, Faye (Robert) Nickel of Pittsburgh and the late Rory Melnick. Brother of Morry Melnick of Pittsburgh, the late Joseph and Harry Melnick and Ann Herman. Special Friend of the late Rita Handmaker. Grandfather of Jeremy McNeill and Lindsay and Joseph Nickel. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Services at RALPH SCHUGAR CHAPEL, INC., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Friday at 10 AM. Visitation one hour prior to services (9 - 10 AM). Interment Homestead Hebrew Cemetery. Contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 320 Bilmar Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15205.
