Michael "Andy" Orville Andrews

1948 ~ 2018
Our beloved father, husband, brother and dear friend unexpectedly returned to his heavenly father on February 4, 2018.
Andy was born November 4, 1948 in Long Beach California to Beverly Ruth Phelps-Andrews and Orville Earl Andrews. In 1957 the family moved to Ogden, UT where he attended Ogden High, class of 1966. In 1977 he married Georgia Andrews and had two children, Lori and Michael Scott--his pride and joy. Andy enjoyed the outdoors; gardening, camping, playing basketball. He was an avid bowler and a devout member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, serving as secretary for the Elders Quorum at the time of his passing. Andy was employed with Jerry Seiner for 25 years. There he established many good friendships. On Feb. 23, 1997 Andy remarried the love of his life, Jeneal Tuft, together spending the past 21 years doing the things he loved.
Andy was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and 2 grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Jeneal Andrews; daughter Lori Davies (Mike), son Michael Andrews (Erica), sister Vicki Dowdy (Rick), step-children Wes, Aaron (Lisa), Justin (Sabrina), Tamara (Lee), and Michelle. He has 19 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; all of whom will miss him dearly.
A viewing will be held at the Lakeridge 1st ward 7960 W Dalesend Dr. SLC, UT 84044 on Friday, February 9th from 6:00- 8:00 pm, and Saturday February 10th at 10:00 am. Funeral services will begin at 11:00. Dedication of the Grave at Redwood Memorial Cemetery: 6500 S Redwood Rd. SLC, UT 84123
