Milton C. Detert, 99, of Venice, FL, passed away on January 13, 2018.
Survivors include his daughters, Cyndi L. (Jim) Cefalu of Venice, FL and Randi S. (Gene) Baltz of Three Lakes, WI; son-in-law Joe Donkin of Elizabeth, PA, grandchildren, Kim (Joe), Kari (JR), and Jim (Stacy); and great grandchildren Lexi, Charlie, Ryne, and Chase.
Preceded in death by Astrid (wife) and Pat (daughter).
Memorials may be made to Foundation for Angelman's Syndrome Therapeutics (FAST) on behalf of Chase Cefalu (cureangelman.org)

Milton was a wonderful neighbour and friend to my parents on Wexford Terrace (Pat and Henry Corrado) and their daughters and spouses (Christine, Priscilla). We all enjoyed Milton's wonderful nature and were the happy beneficiaries of his many carpentry and fix-it talents. He was so interesting - recall closing a restaurant one night listening to his many stories! Our sincere condolences to his family - he was blessed in that regard as well.
