For a number of years I worked with Mike in the automotive industry in Clt., then I went in another direction and we lost contact, I have often thought of him and was so saddened to read this tonight, please accept my condolences. Mike was a great guy and friend to me.
Family, sons, daughters, hold your heads high, shoulders back and know that he was a wonderful person and even at this late date he is remembered by many , my prayers are with you.

Ten years . It's been a long time mourning and remembering you, Mike, as a brother, son and father. While I will always miss you, when I think about you now, I think of your daughter, and how proud you would be of her. She loves her husband, loves her job, and loves life! She reminds me of you: a combination of intelligence and common sense, ambition and drive, caring and creativity. There is nothing she can't do. She's your gift to us and I'm grateful to you, forever, for her.

We miss you especially today, the day you moved to heaven one year ago.
We all have such beautiful memories of you, like your quick wit and sense of humor that always made everyone around you laugh. Your life was full of good deeds and you enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. Your relaxed character always made you a great person to be around.
You were the center of our lives and there will always be a huge void that can never be filled.
“After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the lord in the air. And so we will be with the lord forever.” 1 Thessalonians 4:17
Your memories will be instilled in our heart each and every day. We will love you forever!

Mike passed away on St Theresa of Avila's feast day. That is a beautiful grace. He was welcomed into heaven with her prayers. May the promise of heaven and the love of Jesus envelope you and give you strength and peace.

One year has gone by since we held your hand. God saw you getting tired, a cure was not to be had. He put his arms around you, and the Angels took you away. With broken hearts we watched you leave us that day. Your beautiful eyes, your smiling face, these memories our family will never erase.
Till we are with you in heaven,
Breanna Biehl

Dad,
Happy Birthday! As time passes, the memories never do... You are constantly in my thoughts and I know you are with me daily, helping to guide and watch over. I continue to remain strong (a trait that definitely came from you), and only hope that everyone else can do the same. I will never forget the strong, dedicated, and motivational man that you were, and your spirit guides me day in and out in an attempt to be more like you...Love you forever....

I have only been able to find comfort in knowing we will one day see them again. I too have lost my husband, brother and father over the last few years. My faith continues to guide me.
I will keep your entire family in my prayers. May the Lord keep you in the palm of His hand.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Biehl, Kim and Karen:
it was just yesterday that i was driving thru your old neighborhood in penn hills and was thinking of you all. i was wondering how mike and bobbi were doing and asking myself if we would ever see them again. (jimmy ran into mike in las vegas 2yrs ago today at the nace convention). driving thru the neighborhood brought back many memories of when we were all single and dating; memories especially of the time jimmy and i went to Florida to visit mike and bobbi (23yrs ago) bobbi was pregnant with their first child-it was the best vacation we had. when i got home i got a call from vince altrudo telling me that mike had passed away. i was in a state of shock. mike was a great friend to all of us he will be sadly missed by us but will "ALWAYS" be in our hearts and prayers. And you, our friends will also. Just remember-mike will always be looking down on you all and remembering the great family he had and how "LOVED" he was by you all and all of his friends. we love you

Mike and I went to grade and middle school together. I eventually went off to a different high school and lost contact with Mike. Twenty plus years later I happened to run across Mike when someone told me he was working for PPG and living in Charlotte. I too used to work for PPG. Like Mike I have three children and no longer live in Pittsburgh. Mike was a great guy and I will always remember him for his kind demeanor. My thoughts and prayers to his family.

As I heard about the pasting of Mike today, my heart was delighted in knowing after fighting the battle he fought that he can now rest in peace. I knew Mike through the paint business and worked with him for a short time selling. He was an inspiration to me for the commitment he exhibited in his professionalism. I was very close in pursuing a career in his foot steps and consider him a mentor to me. And I would like Mike's family to know I was honored and blessed to know Mike in the short time I did. May the Lord comfort each of you in this time.
