Bozarth, 41, of Kokomo, Indiana, formerly of Owensboro, passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2009, at his home. He was born in Owensboro, Ky. and was an avid fisherman and hunter, and enjoyed spending time with his family. He will be deeply missed by family and friends. He was preceded in death by a baby sister Shanna G. Bozarth and his paternal grandfather Archie G. Bozarth. He is survived by his son Adam Glenn Clark Bozarth of Ft Leonard Wood, Missouri; two daughters, Mary Elizabeth Bozarth and Lacey Roberts both of Owensboro; one grand-daughter, Alexis Shay Clark; three sisters, Samantha Bozarth and Victoria Bozarth both of Owensboro, and Louann Bozarth of Rockport, IN.; his mother Lana Lira of Owensboro; his father, Jess Glenn Bozarth of Owensboro; and his maternal grandmother Louise Mulligan of Owensboro. Services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, April 27, 2009, at James H. Davis Funeral Home Chapel in Owensboro. Visitation is from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Monday at James H. Davis Funeral Home.
