Michael Busscher

In 2009 Lynne and I worked with Mike and Ronda to come up with a home design that was unique and would be functional as we neared retirement. Unlike other home builds that we have witnessed it was the most pleasant experience due mainly to the personalities of Mike and Ronda. They came up with the unique design that has made it a standout home in the Idlewood Beach development on Lake Michigan and in our opinion was the standout home in the 2010 Parade of homes.
Mike with his day to day attention to the details of the build and the resulting completion with no issues that we can recall, speaks to his professionalism in all that he did. As people visit and ask who did the design and build, we have always been proud to pass on his name and a high recommendation. Mike will always be felt in our home.
Mike will surely be missed by all that have known him, and we send our thoughts and prayers to Rhonda and all the Busscher family as Mike works on that new home in Heaven.

I didn't know Mike for long but the more time I spent with him, Ronda, Emily, Katie, Anna, and other family members in the ICU, I learned more and more about him and his legacy. My thoughts & prayers are with the entire family during this difficult time. Continue Mike's legacy and make him proud!

Ronda, I only know you through our Facebook messages in support of our husbands who both were diagnosed with this horrible disease. I don't know why God took your husband away and mine is still fighting the good fight, but I know that your husband sounds exactly like mine, a great man, a family man, and I cannot express how sad I am for you, but I am there for you if you ever want to talk to someone who understands. Just message me anytime you want. My husband Wade and I are sending you virtual hugs and love to your family in this time of grief. Rhonda, I remember when you started dating Mike. We worked at McDonalds together and whenever his name came up you smiled and gushed. I'm so sorry for your loss. Lou worked with Mike at Prince before Mike started his building business. When we decided to build our house in Macatawa Legends, we went through their model home which is where they now live. Nancy and I knew instantly that they were the people to build our house! The entire process was very enjoyable. As a result, we became good friends and we think the world of Mike and Ronda. It is with very heavy hearts that we extend our sympathies to Ronda, their daughters and their extended family. We will miss Mike as he was "one of the good guys".
