MICHAEL E. CARBINE
Passed away March 28, 2015 at his home in Palm Springs, CA, surrounded by loving friends and his sister-in-law, Carolyn Carbine. Michael was born on November 6, 1939 in the Chicago area. Michael worked in public relations at the Pentagon in the early 1960's. He later worked for AIS in D.C. as a professional health care business writer. Donations in Mike's memory may be made to The Center in Palm Springs, thecenterps.org. At Michael's request, no services are planned.

have over almost 50 years had on/off
friendship. May he rest in peace.
