We met the Cole family in 1972 when Mike was just a little tyke. We have watched him grow into a kind, generous handsome young man with personality plus. The service yesterday was a deserved tribute to him. He will be missed my many.

I was so fortunate to have spent time with Mike in Burlington over the last year. He always had bright eyes and a warm smile...happy to see you. Loved his sense of humor..always made me laugh. His presence was a gift and truly was the best present of all. We are all blessed to have known him.

Well Mike, your going to be missed buddy. I don't think there is anyone else in this world that had more friends than you. You will forever be remembered by many as one of the best guys ever known. I sit here and think back to the times that I would play with Josh and AJ while you and Rhonda played poker with my parents. While we were playing you would always take time out of your poker game to scare the living daylights out of us and then give everyone of us a BIG "Bearhug". I still laugh about these memories and as sad as it is that your no longer here, I know you are in a better place with no cancer and no sickness. RIP Mike I know your looking over all of us.

So many memories. We grew up just a few doors away from Mike and his family. Fond memories of games of hide and seek, tag, playing out in the field by the "Big Tree," snowmobiling in that big field, and sliding out at "the Gully," the memories go on. And, many years later I had the pleasure of working with Mike at DeLabruere's Auto sales. The pranks he pulled on me still make me smile, always had to check my desk for the latest one, and that big grin and hearty laugh when he would pull a good one off on myself or the office manager. RIP Mike!!!

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

Time will never diminish the fond memories that I have of "Mikey". He will forever be in my heart and on my mind. The talks he and I had, the advice, the listening ear he gave, the fun times - all of these are qualities of a true friend. And Mikey was that, indeed, to many people. He will always put a smile upon my face and in my heart. My thoughts & prayers are with all of you. He is in peace now watching over each and every one.

Michael and I send prayers of peace and comfort to the Cole family. Michael was such a good friend to my husband, and we will both miss his upbeat attitude and fun evening phone conversations that happened over the past few years. During his short time working with Michael, they became close and trusted friends. He will be sadly missed. Simple words can't express how we all feel about the loss of our friend.

Mike will always live within our hearts, his love of family,friends, and life was evident in all ways...his smile was contagious, and his spirit was kind. Thank you Lord, for letting our family share time with him in Florida this year. He dragged me on every ride possible, not once but twice!! I only wished I spent more time with him but am thankful that he could always depend on Tim and Tina, Tracey and Jeff for anything, support, endless trips to his appointments and lots of fun lunches. Mom, he knows how much you loved him, as we all did. Rest well my brother Mike and may God give you a peace like you've never had. I love you Mikey, your sister, Gayla
