Michael Cotter Obituary
Michael T. Cotter, 59, of Spring Hill, FL (formerly of Dumont, NJ) passed away peacefully on Monday, July 19, 2021. Son of George Cotter and predeceased by his beloved mother, Joan Cotter. Loving brother of Daniel Cotter of Sunbury, PA and uncle to Sarah Kemble (Trey) of Millersburg, PA. Michael is also survived by many loving cousins, previous neighbors and friends he worked with for many years. He had a special relationship with his cousin Jo-Ann Falcone of Mays Landing, NJ who will miss his calls talking about his daily activities.
Michael retired after many years as a custodian for the Bergen County Technical Schools in Paramus. He enjoyed collecting coins and sports memorabilia. He loved his iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts and visiting his favorite eating spots in and around Dumont.
Visiting Monday, July 26th, 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, 161 Washington Avenue, Dumont. Funeral Service at the funeral home Tuesday, July 27th, 10:30 AM. Entombment Garden of Memories, Washington Township.

So sorry to hear- Mike was neighbor across the street. We shared the same compassion for the jobs we both had in the custodian field. Always helped each other out especially when it snowed. Too young and didn´t really get a chance to enjoy his retirement. Always enjoyed you company when you and your mom Joan would come over for barbecues You will be missed. May you Rest In Peace
