I am sorry for your loss. I new Mike from grade school threw high school. I once bought a motorcycle fro Mike when we were in our early teens. Always was a friend but as time passed and we were all headed out to find ourselves and see what this life was all about lost touch. Mike was always a interesting guy with good conversation. He was a great man we had great times

Mike was a guy that never knew a stranger--always friendly and had a story to tell. We met him many years ago at the Lake. He was a neighbor to my brother. He will be missed by many! Our condolences-Theresa and Boyd

I knew Mike from the test center. He also repaired my 68 ford pick up. I wish I could have attended his remembrance on the 24th but I had vehicle problems. He was a great guy.

I didn't get to know Mike for very long, but he was an amazing neighbor. The weekend we closed on our house we met Kay and Mike. They were so very kind and genuine and in a very short time we learned a lot about our cove, our house, the neighborhood, and the lake in general. It felt like we had known them forever. Our house had some issues and needed a lot of work. I don't know how much time Mike was planning on spending at the lake that summer, but there weren't many days that he wasn't there,
lending a hand, giving me different ideas, and great advise, or just making sure I stopped to eat every once in a while. Mike was one in a million and I feel blessed for the time I got to spend with him. Kay, Matt, and Kyle, you and your families are all in our thoughts and prayers!

Mike was a good friend and we worked at sbc. We had great times with Kay and family at the lake. He was good at what ever he did. Working at the lake house or on cars. He will be missed.

Mike, you were such an amazing neighbor and friend. A kind and thoughtful man who was always willing to lend a hand. Who loved his family through acts of service. Who helped without ever being asked. Who sat and enjoyed the sunset and a glass of lemonade. Who could build or fix anything. Who battled cancer and heart problems with strength and dignity. We will miss your smile and your laugh. The world has lost a good man and a good friend. Rest easy in heaven.

Mike was a wonderful guy...so sweet and kind...he was one of the guys that would come over and hang out in high school... loved riding in his Bronco...I use to see him at Truman games...he also like to ride motorcycles with my husband Kim...prayers to the family.

Mike was a great friend. One who you could count on for help regardless of what it was. I enjoyed many years of friendship with him, Time at the lake, and working on cars, working on motorcycles , and many other projects! He was a great guy, And will be missed!
