I have been hit with deep sorrow today as I have been told of Mike's passing. Many days were spent working together and what was always clear was Mike's passion for family, friends, co workers and Eagles and not necessarily in that order. My prayers are with Mike's family.

Mike would grip you with a firm handshake, that smirk on his face, and look you in the eye and ask," so what do you got for me" - even when I wasn't working under him You had to love that guy. My heart goes out to Mike's family. Mike will be a great angel in heaven as he was on earth. He is truly Godsend. Mike inspired many to be not only great leaders but caring leaders by pushing them beyond their limits. Many people did not understand the reason for the method in wish he pushed or even so why he pushed so much. But I had the chance to sit down with him one day and have a straight heart to heart talk and I realized that for Mike, failure was not an option. He hired you and he took full responsibility for your success He cared so much about your success that he knew that only by pushing you, directing you, guiding you will you be able to reach your full potential. It is something that very few understood about Mike. It is because of Mike that many Individuals at Wells Fargo were able to move ahead and progress. It is because of Mike that many people were able to care and be firm at the same time. Mike believed and and supported those who he cared for. Mike will always be remembered as extraordinary person who fulfilled every goal he set for himself. Not only did he work hard, he played hard by managing to be a loving husband, father, friend and coach. I feel blessed to have known Mike. You will be greatly missed. Rest in peace..
