Michael DuBan Obituary
Knoxville, TN
Michael A. DuBan, age 68 of Knoxville, passed away at home October 25th, 2017. Mike enjoyed walks on area trails with his Labrador, farming, photography, and fishing. He served in the US Army stationed in South Korea during the Vietnam War. Mike graduated Young High School and received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. Mike was a licensed real estate broker and owner of Mugford Real Estate. He was a manager and part owner of Mugford Pharmacy.
Mike was preceded in death by parents, Trula (Cupp) Mugford, H. James Mugford RPH., and brother David of Philadelphia, PA. He is survived by, John & Lennis DuBan, H. James Mugford Jr., Lea Ann Swann, Cindy Mugford, Mark Mugford, Stephen & Barbara DuBan, Kristen Swann, Britany Swann, Justin Swann, Jason DuBan, Denise DuBan, David DuBan Jr, and Joe DuBan Jr.
Receiving of friends and services will be at Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Highway, Tuesday, October 31, 2017, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm with service to follow at 8:00pm. Graveside service and honor guard will be Wednesday, November 1, 2017, 2:00pm. at the East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery on Governor John Sevier Highway. Mike was loved by friends and family and will be missed. In lieu of flowers please donate to the New Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, 2417 Tipton Station Rd, Knoxville, TN 37920. Condolences may be offered at www.berryfuneralhome.com.

I extend deepest sympathy in your loss. I enjoyed talking with Mike when I came in the store. Talked about high school years and other things in the growing up years. Sure will miss him I will keep you in my prayers

We are so Sorry to hear of Mike's passing. He was a wonderful man who would give you the shirt off his back and was cherished by many. The family will be in our thoughts and prayers as Mike will for ever be in our hearts.
