EISENSTAT, Michael Benes March 25, 1946 - May 26, 2018 Peacefully, in Vancouver, on Saturday, May 26, 2018, at the age of seventy-two. Beloved husband of Deborah Arney. Devoted father and father-in-law of Stefanie and Jeff Hames, Liane and Ian Joseph, Adam and Marina Eisenstat, Geoffrey Eisenstat, and Naomi and Matthew Morgan. Proud Zaidie of Rhys, Sofia and Evelyn. Cherished brother and brother-in-law of Deborah and Howie Krebs. Son of the late Irving and the late Shirley Eisenstat. Michael will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Funeral service on Tuesday, May 29 in Schara Tzedeck Cemetery, Cloverdale, BC. Shiva in Ottawa, Thursday, May 31 through Monday, June 4 at 39 Shoreham Ave., Nepean. Contributions, in his memory may be made to the B'nai Brith of Canada Foundation, (416) 633-6224 ext.: 128.
