Michael Emery Obituary
SALEM, N.H. — Michael T. Emery, 38, of Salem, N.H., died Sunday, April 11, 2010 at Caritas Holy Family Hospital, Methuen.
Michael grew up and was educated in Lawrence and lived in Salem for seven years. He was a truck driver for L & M Provisions in Salem and he was a member of Granite United Church in Salem, N.H. Michael loved spending time with his family and fishing with his father and brothers.
Survived by wife, Teri (Kelly) Emery of Salem, N.H.; children, Samantha and Tyler Emery of Nashua, N.H.; parents, Arline (Rapaglia) and John Emery of Salem, N.H.; step-children, Bobby Kelly of Manchester, N.H., Ryan Kelly of Derry, N.H., Cameron Kelly and Katelyn Kelly of Salem, N.H.; brothers, John Emery Jr. and his wife Barbara of Alexandria, N.H., James Emery and his wife Pamela of Methuen, Wayne Emery and his wife Channon of Bradford; sister, Lynn and her husband Phil Buckley of Salem, N.H.; many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: Calling hours are Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, N.H. The funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. A memorial service will be Friday at noon at the Clubhouse at Telfer Circle, Salem, N.H. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family to help defray the funeral costs may be sent to Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH 03079. It's hard to believe that 3 years have gone by already. I miss you greatly. I really need you now and your not here. I think of you every day. I know that one day we will meet again. Mom and Dad miss you deeply. They say time heals all, but I am still waiting. It does get easier, but it's a hurdle to get over. Love and miss you bro... :-(

I can't believe it's already been 1 year when my father left this world. Me and Tyler truly miss him every day. That empty spot in my heart will never be replaced. It's hard to bleieve it's been 8 months since Mike was taken from us. I miss him alot. Trying to fill the empty void in my heart, but nobody can replace or fill it. Even though he is gone everyday is a challenge for us. The holidays have been trying also. They say the first is always the hardest, you ain't kidding. Mike is with me everyday morning, noon, and night. He is also greatly missed by his parents. Mike I carry all the great times we had together with me everyday. I miss you alot bro. I only met you once when we met for breakfast at Maryann's in Derry. Your aunt Carol and her sister Joan were so thrilled to see you. I remember we did a lot of talking and laughing. Please accept my deepest sympathy. Michael and I met many years ago when he was in grade five at the Wetherbee School. We had an immediate student/teacher connection. Mike was a bright young man liked by all who knew him. He always aimed to please and do the right thing. It was a great year for both of us. HIs parents sure did raise a fine young man.
