MICHAEL KEVIN FAY

Michael Kevin Fay, aged 52, of Canyon Country, CA, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on January 2, 2021. Myke was born on February 13, 1968, in Redondo Beach, CA, to David and Patricia (Doyle) Fay.

He grew up in Westchester, CA, and graduated from West Los Angeles Baptist High School in 1986. He then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Natural Science from The Master's University in 1991.

Myke met his wife, Heidi Koster, at Master's, and married her on May 21, 1994. He made his living working as a key grip for many years in the Motion Picture Industry. His and Heidi's favorite pastimes include such things as camping (including yearly trips to Shaver Lake with his closest college friends and family), spending time with their children, and hanging out with friends.

Myke was a man of excellent character. He loved his family tremendously, was a hard worker, and loved to serve those in need. Above all, he loved and dedicated his life to God, spending much of his time talking about his faith as well as continually learning through Bible study and listening to sermons.

Myke was preceded in death by his grandparents, uncle, and father-in-law. Myke is survived by his wife Heidi of 26 years; daughter Morgan; son Cory; daughter Madison (Max) Maitland; daughter Molli; parents David and Patricia Fay; sister Dana (Randy) Whitfield; aunt and uncle Tom and Cathy Doyle; two cousins; mother-in-law Joyce Koster; brother-in-law Marc (Jennifer) Koster; sister-in-law Krista (Danny) Lee; three nephews and three nieces.

Myke will be sorely missed, but we have confidence in the fact that he has arrived at his forever home, which he hoped and longed for, through his faith in the Heavenly Father who secured that hope for him through the death of his Savior, Jesus. 2 Corinthians 5:6-8

A memorial service in Myke's honor will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, January 18th, 2021, in the amphitheater at Grace Baptist Church at 22833 Copper Hill Drive, Santa Clarita, CA 91350.
