Our family is fortunate to have known Mike for many years.
He was a loyal friend to my kids and a great help to us when we needed him.
Thank you Mike for being you .
Honest , creative in so many artistic endeavors. Your style was uniquely yours. I have happy memories knowing you were wearing vintage shirts I made in 1970 and the leather jacket I bought in 1975. We had lovely conversations about theater and music. And your travels around the country are legend storytelling we will miss hearing about.
We are in deep mourning for your loss to us. Tom and I were so appreciative of Mike driving down to Florida to help Tom renovate an old Florida vaca home. Every time I looked at the freshly painted walls and newly installed kitchen I thought of you and Tom and Julia laughing and working hard and then going out at night to Daytona for the crazy beach life it is known for. You wanted to experience every aspect of lived life with curiosity and openness to discovery. You did not " go gentle into the night" and "Death be not proud " as the Creator has called you by name. Our sadness floats in tears. We miss you already . Namaste
