Michael Alfred Sampson HICK

My deepest condolences to Mike's family. I had the pleasure of working with Mike in Ontario Hydro at the Transmission Division in the 1980's and until his retirement. He was a capable Manager and a gentleman in all his dealings. I was invited to his lovely house in Cabbage town and enjoyed his friendly and straight forward approach. His legacy lives on in his accomplished children and grandchildren.

I was saddened to read that Mike had passed away.
I worked with his lovely wife Jackie, (way back in the 70’s) It was my first job out of university and Jackie was my rock. Both Mike, Jackie and their family never left my brain waves.
My love of sailing was energized by The Hick’s family enthusiasm for it
