So sorry for your loss. I had the privilege of working with Mike for 10 years. He was one of our hardest working employees, a team player, and always had compassion for the underdog. We talked a lot about kidneys, swopping stories for years. I was so happy for him when he finally got the gift of a new kidney. I live in Nebraska now so unable to make his life celebration but I will be watching online.

So sad to hear this news. Mike was a loving, dedicated, hardworking man that you would be blessed to know. I had the honor of working with Mike & getting to know him & his family. Sending prayers to Anne & Myles along with the rest of his family.

Mike was a very caring and supportive team member to all of us. He was always willing to share his knowledge and skills with anyone that needed help. We could not have been as successful as we have been without Mike.
Personally, since meeting Mike, I have been promoted several times both in the upholstery shop and into my current sales position. Mike was ALWAYS in my corner and fighting for me. He trained me and taught me many tricks to improve our results and assist in my development as a employee at Duncan.
I owe a great deal, as does my family, to Mike's teachings and support. We would truly not enjoy the stability and life we have, if I had never met and worked with him.
I know you'll miss him and I hope that you find time to celebrate him in the coming days, months and years. Cheers to Mike and to you all!

Anne, so sorry to hear this! My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Mike, we will miss getting together for a family meal with our grown up boys. This tradition will continue with Anne & Myles, and you will be right there alongside us, with a sly smile and watchful eye. No worries, Mr. Hoenes. We will be here for your family until we all meet again for that family meal in Heaven. Rest in peace dear friend.
