One doesn´t get many best friends in life. Now two of mine are gone. My regret is I never got to thank Mike for being there the week my wife passed away. He was just right on time and a silent solid rock for me that week. I hadn´t seen him for a few years at that time and I never got to see him again to thank him. I doubt he even knew how mix it meant to me. He probably does now though. I miss riding around in that red chevell of his. I hope that car is still around somewhere and still looks showroom new with its Firestone tires with someone to Brillo pad those raised white letters. Rest in peace brother.

We were very close in high school and roommates in college. We drifted apart after that. My thoughts are with the Kopf family.
