Seekonk – Michael L. Lebel, 62, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 21, 2020. He was the beloved husband of the late Linda (Reek) Lebel, his high school sweetheart and the love of his life.
Born in Central Falls, a son of Conrad “Pete” Lebel of Seekonk and the late Doris (St. Onge) Lebel, he resided in Seekonk most of his life. Mike was a self-employed quahogger and burner technician.
He enjoyed classic country music, hunting, fishing, quahogging, antiquing, being outdoors and “American Pickers”. Mike was happiest when he was out on the water, fishing or quahogging. He was a kind and gentle soul, who lived a quiet simple life. He didn’t have much, but was always ready to give his last penny to someone in need.
Besides his father, he leaves three siblings, Joanne T. Nicholson and her husband, Bob, of Seekonk, Joseph P. Lebel and his wife, Roberta, of Connecticut and Janet Senecal and her husband, John, of Seekonk. He also leaves several nieces, nephews and his beloved canine companion, Macy.

I knew Mike and his wife Linda and I was very good friends with Linda and became goods friends with Mike . I always admired Michael's great love for his wife and the deep love they shared! Michael was a good and kind man who taught me much about unselfish love .Linda became increasing disabled over the years and the love Michael showed her was beyond measurable. I know that they are now back together and that thought warms my heart.I am sorry for the loss of Mike especially for his family and all those who love him but may he rest in Peace with all those who love him on the other side especially Linda! Thank you Michael for the great example of love you taught me! Melodye Broadley
