Michael, my sweet soul mate, oh the impact you have left on all of us... We were real "soul mate friends" - I never knew there was such a thing until you and I joined forces in this crazy world. You truly had a piece of me, a piece of my heart and soul . Our friendship was so deep and so special I wish I could relish in it for just one more day.
I am beyond thankful for your presence not only in my life, but the lasting impact you had on your little fella, Luca. Man does he love you - thank you for being YOU for him.
Despite all I've written, I still feel like it's impossible for me to put into words how much our relationship meant to me - it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime friendship, one that can never be replaced or replicated. I love you beyond what words can say. I miss beyond what my heart can feel. And I wish you didn't have to leave us so soon, I needed more years with you watch over my babies, cheer Luca on from above as he navigates this crazy world of soccer. And, please please send me reminders that you're with me.

Mikey,
I´m sorry for not being around more but I had to leave and try something better for myself in other places. You know how the military is and my regret was not being able to serve with you. You were a close friend to me at CB and I love the memories we had/shared. Words can not express how I felt when I heard the news. I promise I´ll do my best to get better as I´m having a rough time writing this. I love you brother, Til Valhalla
