There cannot be a better teammate than Mike. We played baseball together for the Brooklyn Dodgers for several years. If you made an error or an out that created a problem for the team, he was there to pick you up. Mike would play any position, and was the ultimate team player, and a darn good ballplayer. We will all miss him--great guy, great player, RIP Mike! We're all so sorry, Dawn.

Just so sorry for my longtime friend, Dawn, and Mike's family and friends. Terrible disease!, and a life gone way too soon. Sending love and prayers of comfort.

What a joy it was to know Mike. Even though I didn't know him very long I could see what a gift he was to Dawn and she to him. I am so happy to know they shared so many special adventures together! Rest in peace and LOVE Mike

I met Michael so many years ago. My favorite moment with him was before Zac´s wedding. He was introducing me to his then girlfriend, Dawn, and said, "This is Cathy, who is basically part of our family." I was happy and honored that he felt that way. He was always very nice and welcoming. He will definitely be missed by many.

I know Mike's wife, Dawn, but not Mike himself. Still, I heard much about him through Dawn, and knew him to be a wonderful man, and so dear to her. I'm sorry his life on this earth was cut short, and I will be praying for Dawn.
