Remembering Michael on the anniversary of his transition; thinking of his family- hugs to Suzanne, Chloe and Ian. I know his legacy of kindness, community and good humor lives on- I remember his happy disposition and how he was always genuine and quick witted. Was so sad to hear about Mike. I first met him back in San Diego when we played rugby together at USD. We kept in touch off and on over the years and I would run into him from time to time in SF as our offices were close by. I will miss those chance encounters and catching up with him. My deepest condolences to the entire McCormac family.

I remember Michael as such a warm, funny and caring person- he dotted over his children and was always quick with a smile. I am saddened for these news and hope their family finds solace during this difficult transition by holding on to that immense love he leaves behind. He was such a bright light for all, indubitably.

Mike was truly a great guy. Salt of the Earth. Full of love and joy for his family and friends, he possessed a beautiful spirit and was always quick with a laugh. He loved this great city and took tremendous pride in growing up here.

We're gonna miss you Mike. Sure wish we could have one more over at Tosca. Eternal peace.

I have fond and fun memories of Mike. He was a wonderful man with a wonderful sense of humor. Truly proud of and loved his children. May he rest in peace. He will truly be missed.

Very surprised and saddened to hear about Mike's early departure. He was always such a spirited and happy soul.!! My heart goes out to his family. We grew up a few blocks from each other up around 17 th ave. and remember lots of fun playing "Heats" or football in the street. Never met his children but hope they know what a great man he was.
