Michael Brian McFerrin

I am his son. I have gone to visit places important to my father. Where he grew up, where he met my mother, where he died. I am touched to see all the kind words left for my father. He did a lot for us and I want to find the best way forward with what I've learned from him.

Mike, Having been classmates since the 6th grade and then becoming good friends, after our separate Army/Marine combat tours in Nam, along with our "escapades" along the Mexican border in the early and mid 70's, to the last few years since you moved back to AZ., and our many conversations about all of the above. I'm truly going to miss you pal. Thanks for the books, your letter with the excerpt from GRID 1, made this quarters newsletter in my Vietnam Helicopter Crew Members Association, about Marines appreciating Army helicopter crews. Thanks for the mention. Rest in Peace Bush Marine. Prep the LZ, we'll be along shortly!
