Its hard to believe five years have gone by. I can drift back to the 60s and the terrific games and sports we played all summer with the greatest of ease. Much love to the family. Rick and Rosa Harper

Michael was an amazing individual and friend.Words cannot express how he touched people in so many positive ways. From grade 1 at St. Monica`s, to Loyola High School, and McGill, playing hockey and going to class together, dinners, parties, watching the Habs, Trandek, Le Sablon, vacations in Jamaica , so many good people he touched and influenced.Friendly, influential, charming, and wise beyond his years. My best friend and my best man.I will always remember you and be grateful for having known you. Unbelieveable memories and laughs. You worked and played hard.So many great memories to cherish until we meet again.
Dear Ruth, Brian, Paul and Louise: my deepest sympathy.

I just heard(June 20th,2014) and was immediately stunned by the news. Michael, you truly were a pioneer in your management skills, management methods and intellectual expertise. We worked together for over 25 years starting with our student run enterprise (MSEA) and continued through the end and aftermath of Trandek Printing Ltd. It is with deep regret and sadness that we will not be able to share with each other all our experiences, both personal and business, both in Montreal and in Vermont. My sincere condolances to the McTeigue family.

Dear Brian, Paul and families,
I am so very sorry to hear of the loss of your brother. Although I never had the opportunity to know Michael, if he was anything like the two of you, he must have been a great brother and will be deeply missed.
Take care of yourselves.

My sincere condolences to Louise and Ryan on Mike's passing. I remember Mike in "1D", our first year at Loyola High School. We parted ways after graduation from Loyola, but Mike was always a part of the Class of '69 reunions. May he rest in peace, Amen.

I too am sorry to hear of Mike's passing. As a cousin to Ricky and Brian Harper, I have many fond memories at the Lake McDonald cottage playing with all of the McTeigue's. Best Hide and Seek area ever. You are in my thoughts and my prayers. Sincerely, Ken Clutsam

My sincere condolences to you, his family and friends. Michael was my first boss and has been a great inspiration for me throughout my career. I still remember my first day at the office, when he came to say "Thanks" for something I had done as part of my job. It both impressed me and his way to treat people and trust in their abilities taught me a lot about leadership. Thank you, Michael, for everything you did and you were.

Our heartfelt condolences to Ruth and the entire McTeigue family. Mike was a class act and the very model of what an older brother can and should be for his younger siblings. We are honored to have known him and proud to have him as a friend.

Every summer for years my brother and I would play with Mike and his brothers at our Lake McDonald cottages. Baseball, football, badminton, croquet; Mike was the big brother we tried to beat, or whose team we wanted to play on. As the eldest, he settled disputes and made sure things were fair. Our condolences go out to his mom Ruth, brothers Paul and Brian, and sister Joan. We have unforgettable memories of the times we spent together with a terrific family. RIP, Mike

He was a great boss, I remember like it was yesterday... Thankyou Michael for everything...Guess my only regret was not keeping in touch and telling you myself...
