Margie, Please trust that the Peace that Jesus gives really does surpass all understanding (John 14:27). My tears are those of joy becuase I KNOW Mike is a good and faithful servant whose job is well done. He'll be missed but NEVER forgotten. God Bless you and your family now and always.
