You both were the most important part of his life. He loved you more than anything and was proud to be your dad.

To the Family & Friends of Michael,

As a customer of Artesian Health Foods, he would always greet his customers with a warm greeting upon entering the store, making you feel extremely welcome.

Although I did not know Michael personally, it was easy to recognize the values which he held.

Michael's dedication to helping those who came to Artesian's, many in search of remedies to better their own lives, will never be forgotten.

Words can not express the sorrow I felt when I heard of your loss, although I did not know Mike personally, I know he was a good man, and a loving, caring father.

Dear Suzie~I was shocked when Donna Prater called to tell me of Mike's death. I hope your boys can find comfort eventually knowing how many people thought so highly of Mike's kind & helpful persona, whether they were childhood friends, or customers of Artesian. I met Mike at Stagg High. I have lots of memories of good times there because of Mike, Chan, Eddie, Norm, Mike Reposa, etc. I also saw Mike grow into a guy who always helped his neighbors & of course, a wonderful father. Loss is never easy but when it seems too soon, and 53 is too soon, all I can say is to try to remember what you had, not what you lost. And we all have an angel whose name we know. Only God knows why he took Mike so soon. You and all the kids meant so much to him. Kirsten was so strong, beautiful and talented today. I am saddened and shocked at the loss of Mike. Everytime I went into Artesian for work, he always had a friendly "Hello" and then something funny to say that we know only Mike could do. He spoke often of his boys and how proud he is of them both. Ross, your uncle was very proud of you too, keep up the great work he has taught you. My prayers are with all of you through this time.

We were so shocked and saddened by the early passing of our cousin. May the Lord comfort those of you who knew him well and loved him most. Since we lived in Texas and now in Vegas, we were not priviledged to know him. Our thoughts and prayers are with his children and all the family as you grieve. I've only known Mike a short time, but in that time he impressed me with his kindness and his boys reflect that kindness. You will be missed by all of us who got to know you Mike.

To Taylor and Scotty,
Your dad was a great boss and was like a brother to me as well as a great guy, he always talked about you boys, he was so proud of you two. It's still a shock, and the pain of missing him is so great, he made Artesian a great place to work, the store will never be the same again. But we will do our best to make him proud and continue on the way he would expect us to. I would give anything to hear him greet me with a "What's up with it?". My prayers are with you and your family.

I was so saddened to hear about Mike. I will always remember him as a friend who brought smiles and laughter to us all, a genuinely good guy.

We will miss Mike very much. We have known him for all the years he worked for Artesian starting on Robinhood Dr. next to Shakey's Pizza. Wynn liked to joke with him and have a good laugh. He was always fun to be around.

Dear Mike: I am devestated at this loss. How do I say thank you for your personal interest in my well-being for so many years - 27 plus to be exact. I'm 82 years old; I loved you as a son and will miss you so very much.

Mike has been a friend since 1973. I will miss his quick wit and genuine concern for others. I enjoyed working for him in the '80's. Just two weeks ago we had a long chat as he helped me get a supplement regimen for my husband. I know he was a devoted father to his sons. The world has lost a terrific man.
