We are one of the couples living in one of Michael's log homes in mancos colorado. We are so sorry to hear of his passing -- we were just talking about him last night. What a life he led! We continue to enjoy our home and his creativity in building it. Our best to Alice and the family.

Sending our sincerest condolences to all. The Trainor family is certainly an extension of the Hass family and for this, we send our love during this difficult time. Reading through Michael's obituary, his accomplishments, many of which we were unaware, left us truly inspired. All our love, Chad and Brenda Davis (on behalf of the entire Hass family).

Dear Alice I am so sorry to hear about Michael. Although I did not know him well, I always shared a cousin bond with him. He was such a kind and gentle man.
Loosing a life partner is like loosing half of yourself. I apologize for not making it up to Portsmouth these past months. But have been
limited by my own health issues.
I just wanted to let you know that you and the kids are in my thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time.

Frankie and I miss being with you all at this time of celebration for the life we all shared at one time or another; Michael O'Traynor. I have read all of your tributes and memories of this incredible man. I agree with all. I was one of the family who on two occasions had the need for this Trainor families assistance. One, when I was a teenager living with Uncle Ritchie, Aunt Geraldine, Carol, Kate and Noni. The other, was when I was an adult going through a rough patch in my life and I was welcomed into his and Shirley's home for healing and growth in Douglas On. He is my cousin, professor, mentor, friend, and will forever his memory dwell in my mind and my heart. My tears for his loss, the happiness I feel for knowing and learning from him, and sharing with you all; Shirley, Kathy, Sean, Brennan, Aidan, and Colleen. Frankie and I are unable to make the trip because of the life we are sharing with two special needs women who live with us, and need us at this time. Frankie, Jordan and I cherish the time of Melissa's and Pete's wedding spending time with you Alice, and Michael. Our hearts go out to you to comfort and support you in this time of mourning and celebrating him. God Bless you and keep you forever in His Love.
