I met Mike though his affiliation with many of the local professional engineering societies in Florida and then had the pleasure of working with him when I joined the staff at Boyle Engineering. He was a wealth of information and a kind and considerate man. RIP Mike, you will be missed.

I worked with Mike Pender at Boyle Engineering years ago. He was such a sweet, sweet man. It was an honor to have known you. Rest in peace my friend, see you on the other side.

I had the pleasure to get to know Mike through committee work in the Florida Engineering Society. He was truly a servant to his profession.

I had the pleasure and honor to work with Mike at the 1964 New York World's Fair. I was head of TV and films for the fair and he was head of the States division. He was a wonderfully generous man and helped me grow my ever-expanding collection of World's Fair memorabilia. He will be missed by the many World's Fair admirers as well as his friends and family. Nancy and I were privileged to have known Mike and learning so much about the Four Way Test from his actions. Take comfort in knowing that Mike is in Heaven and continuing that infectious smile.
