I very much enjoyed Mike during our time together on the CALU Foundation Board. In many respects, Mike served as a role model for me, even though we were not far apart in age. His everpresent smile and demeanor was infectious. I was saddened to hear of his passing and know that he will be continuing his friendships and mentorship in heaven.

Mike truly enjoyed our Pan Am lunches at Marianacci's
restaurant in Port Chester, NY. and we very much enjoyed his company. He did not hesitate to tell his family and friends the great times we had together at those lunches. He will be sorely missed.

The world lost someone truly remarkable and I’m so sorry. Michael Perry was and still is one of the brightest lights and kindest, charismatic gentleman that ever walked through my parents front door. I am grateful to have had the pleasure to have met and Suzanne at my parents annual cocktail party. The love and bond that he shared with his beautiful wife Suzanne was always felt and was inspiring to me. My parents truly enjoyed their friendship and I know my Dad welcome him to heaven and is sharing a laugh with his good friend again. So sorry for his loss.

A great personal loss for the pilots at UAL. For me it is the end of a 30 year friendship. Michael and I shared many rides to RUPA meetings, trips to Pensacola, war stories about flying the"47, etc. He will be sorely missed!

It was with great sadness to hear about Mike. My husband, David, and I, a FA had the privilege of knowing MIke. David was about the same seniority so usually only saw Mike at RUPA luncheons but I was able to fly Asia with him many times as our CAptain. He was a treat to fly with and we always knew that if we had any problems, he had our backs. He shall be missed by both of us.
