Michael and I were close friends at University of Pacific in the 1970s and I have often thought of him and his enormous booming laugh.
I just now googled him for the first time and learned of his passing.
He was a lovely, warm and big hearted human being.

He was a great guy (as was his father), an incredible pharmacist.
He had a wicked sense of humor.
Mike, God bless your family. We all know you're in Heaven.

Mike played an important part in our lives as a groomsman at our wedding and godfather to our daughter. Dave´s friendship with Mike spanned many decades and I have treasured his friendship for more than 40 years. I am holding Susan, Sara and Emily close in my heart and praying for their solace from the precious memories of Mike.

Marie, I am so so sorry to hear of the loss of your son Michael. I´m not sure if you remember me as it´s been 15 years or so since I worked at the country club office but I sure remember you and your wonderful husband Gale. My prayers are with you all. I´m praying for you!

Mike was an amazing friend, neighbor, tutor and family man. He told us to travel and live life to the fullest. You never know how much time you have so make each moment last. He guided our daughter through tough coursework. He loved to talk for hours. He was a problem solver and deep thinker. His marriage and love of his family shined. We all look up to him and smile. He touched our hearts and souls. He will be forever missed. The Willeford´

Mike gave me my first job at Sutter and started my career path in healthcare. Funny story - we were both working on a holiday week when it was quiet and I came to him scared because my fingers were blue. He did all the things like checking my pulse and feeling my fingers. Eventually I went to urgent care only to find out the pants I was wearing (fancy jeans), were dyed and it was coming off on my hands. We both had such a laugh after I told him what happened. I remember how much he helped calm me down though. He was an incredible man and I´m so sorry for your loss.
