Michael and Diane frequented my dry cleaning business in the 1970s and 80s. Both were very kind, authentic people who seemed polar opposites. He was quiet and unassuming while Diane was vivacious and funny. Both were charming in different ways. When I hadn't seen Diane for a long time it was Michael who told me of her passing. I miss them both. They taught me that people can be different and love each other.

An admired elder brother whose death would have been premature at any age. Loved and terribly missed by his brother, John, and his wife, Judith.

I first saw Mike as an excellent Sir Gawain in the play "Sir Gawain and the Green Knight". The very next day I saw Sir Gawain again as a Recruitment Officer for Manulife. I was lucky to enjoy his wit, humour, intellect, and warm humanity for many years more at the Manulife Toastmasters Club. He was a remarkable person. It was a pleasure to know him.

Condolences to the family.i will be out of the country for the memorial service but my thoughts will be with you all.
Very fond memories of working with Mike, playing tennis and more recently a regular Saturday morning golf game.
The laughter. The wit. The irreverence.
A life well lived
