TO MARGARET AND FAMILY,
THE TIME SHARED WITH MICHAEL WAS NICE AND FULL OF LAUGHTER AT VICTORY MBC. HE HAD A WAY OF PUTTING A SMILE ON YOUR FACE EVEN WHEN YOU DIDN'T WANT TO. ALL HE HAD TO SAY WAS "I LOVE YOU, AND THERE AIN'T NOTHIN YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT." THOSE WORDS WILL RESONATE WITH ME FOEVER. I PRAY THAT THE MEMORIES HE LEFT YOU WILL STRENGTHEN YOUR DAYS AND LIVE IN YOUR HEARTS FOREVER. MAY GOD BLESS AND KEEP YOU IN HIS CARE.

Brother Michael T Shaw was an amazing minister of music I’ve ever seen since I been here in Las Vegas. His gift from God was one he accomplished very well. I saw in him the love for the Gift he was given, not only that but the love for people. When he retired as minister of music I was sad, I’m even saddened now that he’s gone. Brother Shaw take your rest, you will and always will be missed.

To Sis. Margaret & Family, Bro. Shaw was a wonderful man and very unique in his style. I will always remember his kind words and his funny sense of humor. Sis. Margaret, may the peace of God comfort you during this time, and whenever you feel sad, just remember your hearts are connected. He will be missed, and all I can say is, "we love you, Mike, and there is nothing you can do about it."

To Mrs. Margaret Shaw and family: I send my prayers and thoughts.
Michael was very special to me. I remember when he first came to Victory and I helped him get settled in his office. I would try to organize his music and it didn't always work.
Even though I haven't seen him in a while, I will truly miss him.
May God give you comfort during this time.
