Very sad to hear about Mike's death. My condolences to his family.

I am deeply saddened by Michael's untimely death and wish that I had been able to get to know him better. My life is genuinely the richer from just the few times that we met, over the past few months.

Micheal had an endless list of qualities that left me respecting him so much almost to the point of envy. We had happy and difficult times in Nigeria which brought us very close. I will miss many things but most of all his laugh. Half way up the Limpopo without a paddle my friend!!

A wonderful warm-hearted and most generous man. We will miss him always.
