Michael Yates Obituary
Michael "Rowdy" Yates was a gifted athlete, demonstrated through time spent on the football field and wrestling mat. Those who knew him best would say he was one of the hardest working men they've ever known. A jack of all trades, master of none. He was always willing to lend a helping hand.
Known for being a history buff, Michael spent many hours reading. Other hobbies include watching movies and sports, listening to rock n roll, lifting weights, and wrestling with his kids. Family was of the upmost importance in Michaels life.
A memorial service will be held Thursday December 22nd at 11:00 a.m. at Lake Harvest Church of God in Mooresville. In lieu of flowers consider supporting the birth of Michael's first grandchild.

Met Mike in high school along with Mitchell, their dad Tom and mom Trina. Had lots of laughs with them all. Sad news. Rest in peace Mike and Tom.
