Michelle R. Williams Myers, 52, of Bluefield, WV took the hand of Jesus, Friday, July 29, 2022, at Bowers Hospice House, Beckley, WV surrounded by her children and family. She was a fighter and fought a courageous yearlong battle with cancer.
Michelle or Missy, she preferred Michelle, but grew up with family as Missy, was the daughter of the late Dorothy Graham of Brushfork, WV. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by sisters, Barbara Dunn, Kathy Faulkner, Tonya Williams and Rhonda Sue Graham and brothers, Randy and David Williams.
Growing up in Coopers, WV, she attended Bramwell schools until transferring to Montcalm High School, where she was a 1988 graduate. She attended Bluefield State College and earned an associate degree in Medical Assisting from National Business College, Bluefield, Va. Having worked in several medical offices she loved and cared for her many patients at Infinity Medical, Bluefield, Va. for many years, until she became ill and had to give up her career. Missy loved cats and rescued many. She loved being outdoors and flowers in bloom!
She is survived by her daughter, Kori Myers (Matt Wine) of Princeton, WV and son, Tyler Myers (Haley) of Bluefield, Va. Her grandsons, Alex Myers and Aaron Wine of Princeton, WV.
Sisters, Linda Perkins of Athens, WV; Terry White of Bluefield, WV; Audrey (Chris) Sluss of Brushfork, WV and brother, Herbert (Connie) Williams of Bluefield, WV (Midway).
Special friend, Jake Miller of Bluefield, Va.
Many nieces and nephews whom she loved and played a huge role in the lives of, also survive her. She also enjoyed many great and great great nieces and nephews.
Her besties, Becky Larue, Erin Eller and Nate Harper.
Services will be Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Cravens Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell, WV with Pastor Jim Horn officiating.
The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the time of service. Graveside services will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery in Bluefield, VA.
Nephews and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Terry , I so sorry for the loss of your sister. It just broke my heart when Shannon came home and told me. I've had to have knee surgery. So I've not been going anywere. Please except my apology. My Heart and Love goes out to you.
