Farewell Dear Mickie Miller, your journey on this Earth has been spectacular & Pure.
I was blessed when I first met you your freshman year at Excelsior High School, you married my best friend & brought a beautiful baby girl into this World. I will always remember the fun we had in High School and there after. All those trips to the drive-In Theatre & The Beach are moments in time that will not ever be forgotten. All those hours long phone conversations we had together...I now wish could have gone on forever. You & me had a love for Hummingbirds...Thank you for giving me your Hummingbird Candle. Desiree...your mother and me spoke freely & openly over the phone on numerous occasions, and she spoke highly of you and your children...she loves you all so very much. Your Mother genuinely is & will always be a remarkable woman. Her life lives on in you & your children.

It is very rare to meet someone in your lifetime who has a heart & soul that is equally as beautiful as they are on the outside. Anyone who knew Aunt Mick was extremely lucky. The second she entered a room, gave you a hug, or even spoke, you knew she was a rare gem; and in the time we were blessed to have her as an Aunt, she never once proved us wrong! The kindest, most loving, compassionate, hard working, & selfless woman anyone will ever meet. She is a true example of what women should strive to be every single day! Even though your time here was too short, it was so significant. You were an inspiration Aunt Mickie & you will be missed more than you ever imagined! We find comfort knowing your pain & suffering has come to an end and you are now watching over us all. We love you so very much & will never forget you! Until we meet again...rest easy beautiful woman.

To my beloved Aunt Mickie. I miss you with all of my heart. I know that you are walking hand and hand with the Lord and my grandma now. I always loved to make you laugh, and I will never forget your smile. I wish I could smear cherry pie filling all over my face one more time to hear you laugh the way you did many years ago. Your love and compassion for others has always been such an insperation to me. God has gained the best possible angel. Enjoy your new wings Aunt Mickie! I love you always and Forever

My sweet Aunt Mickie,
I will always and forever cherish our memories. This may sound selfish, but you've always been "My" Aunt Mick, knowing that I could always call you mine.
I will never forget my greatest dream of having long blonde, beautiful hair just like My Aunt Mick. I became a Tweety bird fan, simply because My Aunt Mick was. Triominos has always been my favorite game because My Aunt Mick taught me how to play. Every iced tea I drink has always made me feel a little closer to My Aunt Mick. I will forever use Dove soap because it has always reminded me of the smell of My Aunt Mick's house. I honestly believe I love for country music is because My Aunt Mick loved country music. I will forever believe that I was made left handed because My Aunt Mick was left handed.
Most importantly, I will never forget the way My Aunt Mick made me feel. You radiated an unconditional love not only for me, but for all around you. You made me feel so incredibly special.
You are a true angel and by far the most beautiful person inside and out that has ever been a part of my life.
I cannot describe in words how important you are to me and much I will miss you; but I know without any doubt that I will never forget you and always love you.
I am truly and incredibly blessed to have had you as My Aunt Mick and to have had the opportunity to call you mine.
I love you to the moon and back Aunt Mickie.

Dearest Mickie,
You have my utmost respect for your strength and courage. During the most difficult times, your sweet smile brought peace to those around you. You have left a lifetime of love as your legacy and we are blessed to have walked this earth with you. May you find peace resting in the arms of those who have been waiting to see you again. What the caterpillar thought was the end of life, the butterfly knew as the beginning. Spread your beautiful wings Mickie. You have earned this right to soar.

My lovely Aunt Mickie, my mom wanted me to write something because she says I'm the best at this kind of thing.. You were my moms best friend for as long as I could remember. You guys did everything together and included me, sometimes! In the 28 years I've known you, you were kind, loving and hard-working. Nothing made me light up like my mom saying, "Aunt Mick is coming over!" You were always so supportive and you gave the best hugs. You always made me feel special. I know my mom cherished her last week and a half taking care of you.. How could she not? You spent all of your life caring for others. I don't know how all of us will get on without you, but we will. I know you're smiling down on us and saying it's all going to be okay and that your pain is gone. I'm sure you're surrounded by loved ones. I love you, Aunt Mickie and will miss you terribly, until I see you again. I know I will. Thank you for being my momma's best friend for so many years! I'll try to do my best from here on out. ❤❤ Rest in peace, you sweetest woman I'll ever know.

God our Heavenly Father, Your power brings us to birth, you give us life, and a spiritual Kingdom for our souls after departing your earth.
Your providence guides our lives, and by your command we return to dust.

I pray in hope for comforting peace for Mickie's Family, Relatives and Friends, and for all the souls known to you alone.
Mickie is now In company with Christ, and now lives to rejoice in your kingdom, where all tears are wiped away. Your Kingdom Unites us together again in one family, to sing your praise forever and ever.

If I were writing this on paper, the paper would be tear stained from thinking we can never talk and laugh together again. Then I think of the pain you suffered and I am somewhat comforted to think you are now in Paradise. No more pain and suffering and sitting with your Mom and all those that have gone before you and think we will also be together again one day and laughing together at all the crazy times we had. I love you Mickie. Your are the brightest star in the heavens.
