Obituary for Miguel Angel Prado at Slay Memorial Funeral Center - Pilot Point Miguel's Obituary Miguel Angel Prado, 44, of Pilot Point, TX, passed away Monday, March 16, 2020 in Fort Worth, TX. He was born January 10, 1976 in Nuevo Laredo, TAMP, Mexico to Juan Prado and Yolanda Gonzalez. Miguel married Sonia Mata on March 23, 1997 in Mineral Wells, TX. Miguel was a loving husband and father. He was always one to help those in need. He had a passion to work and always wanted to provide the best for his family. One of his favorite jobs was to weld, which he pursued by working at a welding company named Vance in Gainesville, TX. Besides working, he loved spending time with his family and one of his favorite ways to do so was by fishing. This man had a heart of gold and was one of God's strongest warriors. Miguel is survived by his wife, Sonia of Pilot Point, TX; mother, Yolanda of Strawn, TX; two sons, Miguel Angel Prado Jr. and Joshua Prado both of Pilot Point, TX; two daughters, Citlalli Prado and Galilea Prado both of Pilot Point, TX; three brothers, Jose Garcia and wife Leticia of Paloma Creek, TX, Oscar Prado and wife Julie of Laredo, TX, and Juan Prado and wife Irma of Strawn, TX; sister, Irma Ruiz and husband Manuel of Nuevo Laredo, Mexico; mother-in-law, Lorenza Escamilla of Pilot Point, TX; and sister-in-law, Erica Rodriguez of Strawn, TX. He was preceded in death by his father, Juan Prado; brother, Juan Antonio Costilla; and sister, Gloria Costilla. Visitation will be held 1:00PM-2:00PM, Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at Midway Church in Pilot Point, TX and funeral service will begin at 2:00PM with Pedro Hernandez and Ulises Longoria officiating.
