Mike S. Chavez was born in Fontana, California from his Parents, Jose F. Chavez & Ruth Saldana on April 4, 1957. Mike is survived by his wife Maria G. Chavez; his two sons Mike Y. Chavez and Angel V. Chavez; His two daughters, Vanessa M. Chavez and Lisa Chavez. He is also survived by his siblings, David Chavez, Joseph Chavez, Arthur Chavez, Gilbert Chavez, Carmen Chavez and Virginia Chavez. His grandchildren, Alyssa Chavez, Savannah Felix, Shyanne Felix, Selene Dominguez, Seleste Dominguez and Jonathan Dominguez.
