Mike was our neighbor in Daphne. He was kind and generous. Mike would leave quarts of fresh strawberries at our door. His optimism, and passion for life, was inspiring. Many stand on the sidelines; but Mike was always in the game. It's men like Mike that built this country, and keep it going.

I am so sorry to hear about Mike, I worked with him while we were both at Rich Blevins Insurance Agency. What a delightful fun loving person he was. My thought and prayers be with your family at this most difficult time.

I was so sorry to hear about Mikes passing. Mike and my husband John had been good friends while they lived in Bixby, Okla. I had their daughter Angela in choir while she attended the high school. Mike and his family are wonderful people. I can just picture Mike and John making some sort of business arrangement while in heaven. My deepest sympathy goes to his family.Sincerely

I knew Mike for only a short time, but I have come to know and love his family dearly. My daughter Amy is married to his son Lee. Mike, Judy and I share a beautiful grandson, Benjamin Michael Walker. Mike was the dynamic head of his family and will be missed, but his enthusiasm and exuberance for life, his love for Judy and his children and grandchildren will live on in his family's memory. I am very glad I knew you, Mike. My thoughts and prayers are with your family and friends. We celebrate your life. God go with you and yours always.

I AM SO SORRY TO READ ABOUT MIKE'S PASSING.
I HAVEN'T SEEN MIKE IN YEARS, SINCE WE WERE JUST LITTLE KIDS. HIS FAMILY, KENNETH, EMILY, SISTER, YOLONDA, AND MIKE LIVED ACROSS THE STREET FROM MY GRANDMOTHER AND GRANDPA WEBB. I STAYED WITH THEM (GRANDPARENTS) A LOT AND ALL OF US KIDS JUST KIND OF GREW UP TOGETHER. OUR FAMILIES WERE BIG FISHING BUDDIES. I HAVE TO GO BY THE OLD HOMEPLACE, LONG GONE NOW, AT 503 W. 17TH MANY TIMES AND JUST REMEMBER OLD TIMES. YOLONDA MAY REMEMBER MR. AND MRS. WEBB. SHE WAS JUST A LITTLE GIRL THEN, BUT A DOLL AS I REMEMBER.
LOTS OF MEMORIES OF CHILDHOOD DAYS. OUR PRAYERS GO OUT TO MIKES FAMILY AND FRIENDS IN THIS TIME. MAY THE LORD SURROUND YOU WITH HIS PRESENCE DURING THIS TIME OF LOSS.
A FRIEND FROM YEARS BACK,
TISHA (POTTS) TODD

Jeanne and I wish to express our regret at the passing of Mike Walker. We met at Lee & Amy's wedding and I had to admire his courage and calm after living through a hurricane for the first time. Our best wishes and prayers go to all of his family.
