I was adopted into the Somerville family 17 years ago when i became best friends with Mona. Mona and I became so close we told everyone we were cousins, which is why I started calling Monas mom Aunt Ging. Aunt Ging was a wonderful person and I always enjoyed her being around even if it was yelling at Mona and I for doing something foolish. One of my best memories with Aunt Ging was the morning after staying the night with Mona she made breakfast and if everyone knows her she made the best filipino food. and she made us Bibinka and was trying to get me to pronounce it the right way. I remember us laughing so hard all 3 of us had tears in our eyes, but I finally got it. Every time I stayed the night after that, I would ask Aunt Ging to cook me some Bibinka. I couldn't have asked for a better family to be a part of. Aunt Ging, I love you very much, you will be missed greatly. don't worry about Mona, I'll take care of her.
