Mildred Caldwell Morrow

Mildred Caldwell Morrow, 82, of Johns Island, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, July 30, 2022. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 5, 2022 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Her graveside Funeral Service will be held Sunday, August 7, 2022 in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Hendersonville, NC at 2:00 pm.

Mrs. Morrow was born May 5, 1940 in Haywood County, North Carolina, daughter of the late Richard Daniel Caldwell and Fairy Payne Caldwell. Mrs. Morrow was a retired farmer. She was an extra special mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved spending time with her children, as well as cooking, gardening, and canning.

She is survived by her children, Billy Morrow of Hendersonville, NC, Bobby Morrow of Fletcher, NC, Tricia Ainsworth (Ken) of Johns Island, SC, Robin Morrow (Cindy) of Gaston, SC, Kevin Morrow of Johns Island, SC, and Gail Welch (Glenn) of Wadmalaw Island, SC; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Morrow was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Morrow; sisters, Eadie Caldwell Parks, Ella Mann Leicester, Lillian Caldwell Turner of Hendersonville, NC, and Mae Caldwell; and brothers, James Caldwell, Andy Caldwell, and Hubert Caldwell.
