Mildred Endorf Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Aug. 18, 2023.
Mildred Lorraine Endorf (Millie) passed away quietly on July 6th, 2023.

Millie was born on June 14, 1929 to Pastor Walter and Edna Siffring. She was the first of four children and the only girl. She grew up in southern Colorado and later moved to Denver, where she met Eugene Endorf.

Gene and Millie married in 1950 and were blessed with three children. They moved to many cities and Millie did many jobs until she joined Gene at Endorf Jewelry, first in Lake Tahoe and later in Auburn, CA.

The gold of the jewelry store matched her heart. Her life displayed the beauty of her heart of gold. She collected spoons, bells, and butterfly memories. She chiefly loved Gene and her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Ron Siffring and Jerry Siffring; husband Eugene Endorf and son, Steven. She is survived by her brother Loren Siffring; daughters DeAnne (John) Stegner, Denise (Patrick) O'Brien; daughter-in-law Amelia Endorf; grandchildren Elsa, Anna, David (Amanda) Endorf, Eric (Martha) Stegner, Rachel (Nathaniel) Timmerman, Kendra O'Brien, Kimber (Morgan) Post; and great-grandchildren Clara, Marie, Lillian, Josiah, and Alexander Timmermann.

Millie will receive a Christian funeral on August 19th at 1:00 pm at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church in Westminster from Pastor Philip Kieselhorst. All are welcome to attend. She will receive a Christian burial at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church or the Walter and Edna Siffring Scholarship Fund at Martin Luther College (https://mlc-wels.edu/).
