Mildred SEGAL Obituary
On Wednesday, September 23, 2015. Wife of the late Frank Segal and the late David Morris. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Debbie and the late Dr. Scott Morris, Stephen Segal and Lorena Marra Segal, Andy Morris and Layne Dalfen Morris, Dr. Rick Dalfen and the late Lisa Segal. Cherished grandmother of Stacey Morris, David Morris; Amanda Segal, Matthew Segal; Lisa Karachinsky, Chelsea Karachinsky and Joshua Ostrega, Emma- Jo Morris, the late Tina Karachinsky; Samantha and Brittany Dalfen. Loving great-grandmother of Marlee and Sophie Ostrega. Predeceased by her siblings and their spouses, Bill and Mina Gasoi, Joe and Charlene Gasoi, Florence and Max Baily. She will be sadly mourned by her nieces, nephews, family and many dear friends. Special thanks to her caregivers and to the amazing doctors, nurses and staff of the 5th floor of St. Mary's Hospital. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, September 25 at 2:00 p.m. Burial at the Hebrew Sick Benefit Association Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at her son Stephen's home. Due to the festival of Succoth, shiva ends Sunday afternoon. Contributions in her memory may be made to St. Mary's Hospital Foundation, (514) 734-2694.
